The perfect gift!

Lovely bracelet, issue with delivery

I bought this bracelet for a friend’s birthday and arranged for it to be delivered directly (it would be helpful if there was a gift option on checkout). When I checked the tracking info, it said ‘could not find address’ (it is on a main road in the town in question). My friend was subsequently contacted by someone else in the town to say the package had been dropped on her drive. So the two were eventually united, and she says the bracelet is gorgeous. Concerned no follow up from the ‘could not find address’ notification and that the package could be dropped and no requirement in the system for successful delivery.
