Delivery policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT: 

Orders placed on our website are filled within 1-3 business days and shipped from our Distribution Center in Gloucester, UK. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship via DPD and delivery times vary between 1-3 business days.  The cost for shipping is a flat rate of £5 per order.   We offer free shipping on orders above £60.

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you are in the Gloucester area, we offer local pickup at our distribution center, 52 Westgate Street, Gloucester, United Kingdom, GL1 2NF.  You can select local pickup in the shipping section and you will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up.  

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Should you need to cancel an order, please send an email to ukcustomer.service@starfishproject.com to begin the process.  Please note, we are unable to cancel orders that have shipped.  

ADDRESS CHANGES:

Should you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us at ukcustomer.service@starfishproject.com.  If the order has not shipped, we will gladly change the address for you, but we are unable to make changes to an order that has already shipped.  Please note, we are unable to make changes to the billing address on your order as it is connected with your form of payment.
