PRICING:
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in British Pounds and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

COLORS:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

SHIPPING:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United Kingdom. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like more information about shipping.

RETURN POLICY:

You can return your items for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and the return shipping/handling fees are the responsibility of and paid for by the consumer.

For a full refund, all returns require the following:

• Original Packaging
• Original Condition
• Order number 
• Name of purchaser
• Date of purchase

Starfish Project Inc. warrants all our products to be free from defect in design, material and workmanship (under normal use) for one year from original purchase date. 

Purchases made through a third party vendor must be returned through that vendor.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Starfish Project Inc. does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
